1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the modernph website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other persons who access or use the modernph platform in any capacity.

By accessing the modernph platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To register and use the modernph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as members.

3.Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the modernph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. modernph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering your modernph account, you agree to:

• Provide your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify modernph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that all account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. You may update your details by contacting modernph support.

modernph is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account registration and use of the modernph platform is free of charge. modernph does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining a member account.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the modernph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). modernph supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your modernph account wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. modernph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by modernph within the timeframes published on the platform. modernph reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the modernph account holder. modernph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Anti-Money Laundering: modernph complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. modernph reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into a member's account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

modernph offers various bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to Philippine holidays and major sporting events such as PBA playoffs and UFC fight nights.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. modernph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonuses being voided.
• modernph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be removed from the account automatically.

6.Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the modernph platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, sports betting, sabong, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game or game category. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other error during a game, modernph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the member's account. modernph's decision in such matters is final.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the modernph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or match-fixing.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the modernph platform or its software.

8.Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the modernph platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the modernph platform without the prior written consent of modernph.

Any unauthorized use of modernph's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, modernph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the modernph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform downtime.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any decision made by modernph in the exercise of its rights under these Terms.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services.

modernph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your modernph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude modernph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11.Termination

modernph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice if modernph reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the platform.
• Your account has been used in a manner that is detrimental to the interests of modernph or other members.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Continued operation of your account would expose modernph to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination of your account for cause, modernph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, any real-money balances held in the account. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your modernph account at any time by contacting our support team. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

12.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the modernph platform, you agree to first contact modernph's support team to seek an informal resolution. modernph will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to the venue of such proceedings.

13.Amendments to These Terms

modernph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, modernph will notify registered members via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the modernph platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
